Florida pest control operator certification under Ch. 482, F.S. (Structural Pest Control Act), Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) category. Per FAC 5E-14.123: 75% passing score, 4-hour written exam, theoretical and practical questions. Renewal per § 482.111, F.S.: 2 hr CE on legislation, safety, labeling, and IPM, plus 2 hr CE per category of the certificate; or re-take the category exam. Distinct from Ch. 487 Commercial Applicator (Ornamental & Turfgrass, etc.).
