Pricing context

Residential rate card applies in Quote Lab: tiered $22–25/K turf, tiered $27–33/K ornamental, $10/palm. AI auto-detects lot size and zoning.

Bahia & rough pasture

Tall, rank pasture is never billable L&O turf. Exclude also drops rough roadside/easement bahia from turf_sqft; mown yards still count.

AI provider

Claude first. Economy scans: Groq next (fast). High-accuracy (many tiles): OpenAI & Gemini before Groq/Together (5-image cap on Llama vision).

Planet catalog

PlanetScope metadata near the survey point (separate from Google tiles). Each analyze may call Planet once — for large HOA batches, choose Skip if you are low on credits.

Two saved settings: single-address & idle/ops use verdakai-site-survey-planet-catalog; the community parcel list uses verdakai-site-survey-planet-catalog-batch (defaults to Skip for Planet quota).
