1280px overview + four zoom-21 quadrant tiles — better tree pins; higher API cost. Same setting as community batch scans.

Confirm property before scanning— pause to verify the geocoded address + parcel preview before the AI burn (recommended).Auto-detect exclusions after scan— automatically run CV water + county GIS buildings + OSM roads + driveways and clip to the parcel.Exclude buffer-zone trees— hide pins whose trunk sits just outside the property line (default OFF).

AI provider

Claude first for zone/tree vision JSON, then ChatGPT (OpenAI). Economy scans may also use Groq (free). High-accuracy (many tiles): Gemini before Groq/Together (5-image cap on Llama vision).

Two saved settings: single-address & idle/ops use verdakai-site-survey-planet-catalog; the community parcel list uses verdakai-site-survey-planet-catalog-batch (defaults to Skip for Planet quota).
